Spanish government is demanding an investigation into Barcelona star Lamie Yamal’s controversial 18th birthday party, where allegations emerged that people with dwarfism were exploited as entertainment and women with specific breast measurements were paid to attend.

Social media influencer Claudio Calvo claimed Yamal paid for 12 women with certain breast sizes, and critics, including the Association of People with Dwarfism, condemned the event as discriminatory and exploitative.

The government may impose a fine of up to £867,000 and has called for a probe, citing concerns about the impact on young fans and the violation of ethical and legal standards. So far, the association plans to pursue legal and social action to protect the dignity of people with disabilities.
