At least 19 people have died after a Bangladesh Air Force training aircraft crashed into Milestone School and College in Dhaka’s Uttara neighborhood during school hours.
The crash injured over 50 individuals, including children and adults, many with burns, and caused extensive damage to the building.
Videos showed a large fire and thick smoke following the crash, with rescue efforts underway. Among the victims, a third-grade student died on arrival, while others aged 12, 14, and 40 were hospitalized.
