Justice Emmanuel Danjuma Subilim of the National Industrial Court in Abuja has temporarily barred PENGASSAN, the Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria, from proceeding with its planned industrial action against Dangote Petroleum Refinery.
The court, ruling on an ex-parte application by Dangote Refinery, specifically prohibited PENGASSAN from disrupting crude and gas supplies to the refinery. Other involved parties include NNPCL, NMDPRA, and NUPRC. The case however was argued by Senior Advocate of Nigeria, George Ibrahim.
