Rivers United head coach Finidi George has expressed confidence in his team’s ability to advance to the CAF Champions League group stage despite suffering a 1–0 defeat to Mozambique’s Black Bulls in the first leg.
Speaking ahead of the decisive return leg at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo, Finidi said his players are well-prepared and determined to secure victory.
Meanwhile, the team has been boosted by the return of Samson Obi, Handsome Surveyor, and Rivio Ayemwenre, who all missed the first encounter but are now available for selection.
