‎Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Kayode Egbetokun, has  decorated newly promoted Senior Police Officers at the Goodluck Jonathan Peacekeeping Hall, Force Headquarters, Abuja, reaffirming his commitment to rewarding hard work, diligence, and professionalism.

The ceremony featured the promotion of one Assistant Inspector-General (AIG) to Deputy Inspector-General (DIG), four Commissioners of Police (CPs) to AIGs, and eleven Deputy Commissioners (DCs) to CPs. Among those decorated were DIG Mohammed Dankwara, AIGs Denimen Abibo, Umar Madaki, Nkechi Eze, Garba Nzukwen, and CPs Naziru Kankarofi, Nendel Gomwalk, Tijani Fatai, Aniefok Akpan, and Moorkwap Dongshal, among others.

In his address, Egbetokun congratulated the officers and urged them to uphold integrity, fairness, professionalism, and community-oriented policing, while embracing innovation to tackle emerging security threats.
