House of Representatives Committee has ordered the Inspector-General of Police, Olatunji Disu, to produce Adeyemi Adeniyi, the self-acclaimed Director-General of the Presidential Foreign Investment Promotion Council (PFIPC), before it on Wednesday for questioning.
The directive was issued during a resumed investigative hearing at the National Assembly Complex in Abuja, where the police confirmed ongoing criminal investigations into the organization.
The committee is probing the illegal establishment of the PFIPC, which allegedly secured office space in the Federal Secretariat Complex and received a ₦1.32 billion allocation in the 2026 budget, despite not being legally recognized.
