Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has called on citizens to move beyond the recent political crisis and focus on peace, stability, and development. In a statewide broadcast, he declared that peace has returned to the state and emphasized the government’s commitment to completing projects, boosting the economy, and improving citizens’ well-being.
Fubara urged political leaders and stakeholders to set aside differences and work for the common good. He expressed deep gratitude to President Tinubu for his intervention in resolving the crisis and restoring democratic governance, reaffirming his loyalty to the President.
He also reassured the people that nothing has been permanently lost and emphasized the opportunity for reconciliation, inclusiveness, and progress.
