Rivers State Governor,  Siminalayi Fubara, has urged the church and residents to continue praying for his administration as he resumed duties after a six-month emergency rule ended.

Speaking at a thanksgiving service at St. Paul’s Anglican Church in Opobo Town, his first public appearance since resuming, Fubara emphasized the importance of prayers for his strength and governance.  He highlighted the value of peace for unity and development, aligning with the International Day of Peace, and reaffirmed his commitment to serving Rivers people.
