Imo State Police Commissioner, CP Aboki Danjuma, has charged 264 newly graduated constables of the Nigeria Police Training School, Nekede, Owerri, to uphold discipline, integrity, courage, professionalism, and respect for human rights in their duties.
The Passing Out Parade (POP) marked the completion of training for the 2022/2023 Batch B recruits—159 from Imo and 105 from Abia. Danjuma, representing IGP Olukayode Egbetokun, commended their endurance and commitment, while Governor Hope Uzodinma (represented by CSP Shaba Gboyako Adamu) urged them to see policing as a sacred duty to protect lives and justice. The Commandant, ACP Rilwanu Shuaibu, also expressed gratitude for the support and leadership of the police hierarchy.
