Report say A major breakthrough in Egypt is offering hope for ending the two-year Gaza conflict, which has caused over 67,000 deaths and a severe humanitarian crisis.

While U.S. President Donald Trump has announced that Israel and Hamas have agreed to a first-phase peace plan, including a ceasefire, and the release of hostages and prisoners, Families of hostages in Israel are hopeful and emotional, while Gaza residents, suffering from famine and bombardment, express cautious optimism.

Also, while Israel’s cabinet is set to vote on the deal soon; key issues like Hamas disarmament and Gaza governance remain unresolved. Under the agreement, Hamas will release all 20 hostages, and Israel will withdraw from most of Gaza, marking a significant step toward de-escalation.
