National Orientation Agency (NOA) in Osun State, led by Director Ayisola Olowoyo, has called on parents to guide their children against engaging in indecent acts during sign-out celebrations at tertiary institutions, such as writing on female students’ breasts and laps, which the agency deems contrary to Nigeria’s core values.

Speaking in Osogbo during the launch of a two-week nationwide civic engagement drive, Olowoyo announced the upcoming National Values Charter to promote discipline, honesty, and integrity in public and private life.

The campaign will focus on government policy awareness, flood mitigation, national security, values reorientation for students, and promoting Nigerian identity through grassroots outreach in markets, schools, and communities, with collaboration from traditional rulers and stakeholders.
