Former Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, has reiterated his support for the African Democratic Congress (ADC) as the coalition platform for the 2027 elections aimed at unseating President Bola Tinubu.

He emphasized that the coalition prioritizes Nigeria’s best interests and was formed after careful reflection on the country’s current challenges.

Obi further highlighted the coalition’s commitment to providing capable and compassionate leadership, stressing the need for opposition unity to address poverty and insecurity.

The coalition, which includes prominent leaders like Atiku Abubakar, David Mark, and Rauf Aregbesola, officially adopted the ADC as its platform, with Mark as interim National Chairman and Aregbesola as National Secretary, as they prepare to challenge Tinubu’s re-election bid.
