PRESIDENCY COUNTERS KWANKWASO SAYS NORTH NOT NEGLECTED UNDER TINUBU’s ADMINISTRATION

Presidency has dismissed claims by 2023 NNPP presidential candidate Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso that Northern Nigeria has been neglected under President Bola Tinubu’s administration.

The government stated that numerous critical projects are ongoing in the region, countering Kwankwaso’s assertion that resources favor the South, leading to increased poverty and insecurity in the North.

While Kwankwaso had highlighted poor federal road conditions and the region’s hardships during a Kano stakeholders’ dialogue. In response, Special Adviser Sunday Dare has defended the administration, citing ongoing initiatives in infrastructure, health, energy, and agriculture in Northern Nigeria to demonstrate the government’s commitment.
