President Bola Tinubu has directed the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) to conduct a nationwide security diagnostic and present actionable recommendations for reforming Nigeria’s security architecture.
The directive was announced during a Presidential Parley with participants of Senior Executive Course 47, represented by Vice President Kashim Shettima at the State House, Abuja.
Tinubu also ordered all ministries, departments and agencies to study and prepare to implement NIPSS’s new report on developing Nigeria’s blue economy, which he described as a key engine of national transformation.
