Rivers State House of Assembly has urged Governor Siminalayi Fubara to promptly submit the list of commissioner-nominees for screening and confirmation.
Additionally, during its first plenary session following the six-month emergency rule, the House called on the Governor to immediately commence the process of drafting an Appropriation Law for the remainder of the year.
These resolutions were adopted during Thursday’s plenary, presided over by Speaker Martin Amaewhule.
