Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) Assistant Coach Akin Olowokere has tragically died after slumping during a Monday morning training session.
Recently appointed, the former Sunshine Stars player and coach was rushed to a hospital but was confirmed dead. The cause of death remains unclear.
3SC management and the Oyo State Sports Writers Association expressed profound sadness, describing Olowokere as a dedicated tactician and mentor. They extended condolences to his family, friends, and the Nigerian football community, praying for strength during this loss.
