The Federal Government has launched new Human Resource modules under the Integrated Personnel and Payroll Information System to digitise staff postings, promotions, leave applications and other personnel processes across the Federal Civil Service.
The Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Didi Esther Walson-Jack, said the platform would replace manual processes with a digital system covering the entire employee lifecycle and eliminate lobbying for staff postings.
The new system, developed by Nigerians, will also improve personnel records, reduce administrative delays, strengthen transparency and enable civil servants to manage their records and apply for leave online.
