The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has announced the opening of its recruitment portal for the 2026 employment exercise, inviting qualified Nigerians to apply for entry-level positions across Grades 07, 08, 09, 10, and 12.
The application portal opened on Monday, July 20, and will close on Monday, July 27, as stated on INEC’s website. The commission aims to boost its capacity in areas such as electoral administration, voter registration, data management, and election logistics to better fulfill its constitutional responsibilities.
Interested applicants are instructed to submit their applications online by creating an account, filling out the form, and uploading necessary credentials. INEC emphasized that the application process is free and warned applicants against providing false information or submitting forged documents, with penalties including disqualification and potential prosecution.
