The Lagos State Government has urged Ministries, Departments and Agencies to adopt data analytics in policy formulation, performance management and public service delivery to strengthen accountability and improve governance.
The call was made at a quarterly strategy workshop organised by the Lagos State Audit Service Commission, where officials emphasised the importance of accurate and reliable data in driving evidence-based decision-making.
The government also urged public servants to embrace digital technology and data-driven analysis to improve planning, transparency, institutional performance and service delivery.
