Reigning African champions, the Super Falcons, have received the rewards promised by the Federal Government after winning the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.
The presentation took place in Rabat, Morocco, just hours before Nigeria’s opening Group C match against Malawi at the 2026 WAFCON. Shehu Dikko, Chairman of the National Sports Commission, handed over the rewards to the team, with photos showing him alongside NFF General Secretary Dr. Mohammed Sanusi and team captain Rasheedat Ajibade.
The rewards included the title documents for houses promised to each player and their national honours certificates.
