Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has declared that there would be no slowdown in the implementation of critical infrastructure projects in Abuja.
Speaking after inspecting ongoing road projects, including the Apo-Karshi and Bwari-Kubwa corridors, Wike emphasized that the administration is committed to fulfilling its promises to residents before President Bola Tinubu’s first term ends.
He stated that the successful commissioning and launch of projects are not the end of the infrastructure drive, with several key projects still requiring completion before January. Wike also warned that public confidence must be maintained, and assured that the government would continue monitoring contractors to ensure timely delivery of all projects.
